Regional Lead – The B Team Eastern Africa – Nairobi

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our international staff team as the first member working in a Regional B Team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the core focus of the role will be providing local coordination support to the regional members and creating and maintaining strong links with the central B Team staff members.

The ideal individual will not only have relevant corporate sustainable development experience, but also a fantastic network, and experience of working strategically with corporations to implement change. The role will be based in Safaricom headquarters, Nairobi, Kenya.

Executive Assistant – New York

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Executive Assistant capable of providing high-level administrative and research support for our US-based Managing Director and Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who excels at juggling multiple projects, and is comfortable working with teams across several time zones, in support of the organisation’s operations, events, community and communications teams.

Intern Governance and Transparency – London

In 2017 the Governance & Transparency (G&T) team aims to significantly increase the number of businesses actively engaged in the G&T initiative over our four key work streams; ending anonymous companies, accelerating open contracting, protecting human rights and civic freedoms and driving responsible tax practice.

We are looking for an action focused, strategic thinker who can craft engaging communications and find new platforms to help us target a growing number of businesses in our G&T vision and work.

Intern 100% Human At Work Initiative – London

The B Team’s 100% Human at Work initiative explores ways in which The B Team can contribute to promoting inclusion, diversity and human rights in the workplace and in supply chains.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support this initiative.
