A global Luxury group, Kering develops an ensemble of luxury houses in fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches: Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Brioni, Christopher Kane, McQ, Stella McCartney, Tomas Maier, Boucheron, Dodo, Girard-Perregaux, Pomellato, Qeelin and Ulysse Nardin. Kering is also developing the Sport & Lifestyle brands Puma, Volcom and Cobra.
Kering sees sustainability as a necessity, for sustainability and luxury are one and the same. With a roadmap for 2025, Kering and its brands are crafting tomorrow’s luxury by Caring for their impact on the planet, climate change and natural resources; by Collaborating for the good of its employees, suppliers and clients; and by Creating pioneering ideas to safeguard the luxury industry’s rich heritage and empower future generations.
Embodying the social commitment of the Group, the Kering Foundation was launched in 2009 by François-Henri Pinault. To bring an end to the fact that 1 in 3 women in the world will be beaten, coerced into sex or otherwise abused, the Foundation focuses its actions on three pillars: Supporting local & international NGOs; Awarding Social Entrepreneurs; and Raising Awareness. With a localised approach in each of the Group’s key geographical areas, the Foundation combats sexual violence in the Americas; traditional practices in Western Europe, and domestic violence in Asia-Pacific.
