Corruption siphons more than $1 trillion dollars from developing countries annually, and adds 10% to global business operating costs, leading to environmental degradation, and citizens who are robbed of infrastructure and public services. Stamping out corruption benefits both business and society.
Today, business leaders, government and civil society come together to voice support for real action against corruption. The Tackling Corruption Together Conference is taking place ahead of the Anti-Corruption Summit in the U.K., an intergovernmental summit convened to agree to tangible steps to end global corruption.
Co-hosted by The B Team and our partners: The Commonwealth, Transparency International, Thomson Reuters, ONE and The Omidyar Network, the conference will send a clear message to world leaders: that all sectors expect and support strong, actionable steps to combat corruption at the Summit.
